Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Kamila Abovian, Hahnenstraße 7, 50354 Hürth, Germany, email testasgenerator.support@gmail.com — or our payment reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract within the 14-day withdrawal period, we (or Paddle on our behalf) shall reimburse all payments received from you in full, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment as your original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise, and without any fees.

Your access to the platform begins immediately after payment, so that you can start using it right away. This full refund applies regardless of how much of your access period you have already used at the time you withdraw — we do not charge for partial use during the 14-day withdrawal period.

This platform provides ongoing access to a service for a fixed period (1 or 3 months), not a one-off digital download. Your right of withdrawal lasts 14 days from the day you purchase your plan, regardless of whether or how much you have used the service in that time.
